Align Your Energy Morning Meditation

This is a traditional meditation that I would encourage you to practice for at least 3 minutes a day.  Some of the benefits is that it balances the sexual systems (physical and emotional), balances emotions and energy of the lower chakras (energy centers), provides a gentle internal massage to organs, promotes a healthy Kundalini system (lifeforce energy). 

A cycle would be 3 minutes performing and then 2 minutes of rest. You can slowly build up the number of cycles you do over time but always do the rest inbetween.
