Sometimes things can become overwhelming so it would be helpful for you to take up healing practices such as meditation, being in nature, or reiki. That way you can ensure being at your brightest.

Remember it’s ok to say NO to people or events. Regularly clean your chakras through either meditation, yoga, or energy healing. Create a safe zone for yourself, somewhere even if it is a little nook that is your recharge place in your home or office. Fill this space with things that uplift you and protect you (artwork, crystals, pictures, sound healing devices, beautiful colors, and good smells. If you are tight on space then just use an altar box or a shelf. This is a great space to do a little meditation daily.
