The timing of doing the ignitions in this class is important. You must do the ignitions on 3 separate days and you do not want them spaced too far apart. 

You can watch the videos at your own pace but the ignition videos need to be timed and done in order. 

The online teacher technology video can be watched in any order since it does not contain any ignitions and is for your informational purposes on how to teach online courses. 

The pre-recorded class has the ignitions in it but we have also provided them as separate videos as well in case you are watching the content at a different schedule than you are ready to do the 3 day ignition process.
